Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in original packaging.
Personalized items — because they're custom-made just for you, the gifts cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no charge. Just contact us within 30 days.
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a defect or was damaged in transit, we'll replace it with the same product fast. We'll even send a prepaid return label so the return is hassle-free on your end.
Contact us at support@willowhive.com within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the damage. We'll get it sorted quickly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with an update. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, check your bank statement first, then reach out to your card company. Still nothing? Email us at support@willowhive.com and we'll investigate.
Sale items are refunded at the price you paid.
If you received a Willow & Hive product as a gift and there's an issue with it, please reach out to us directly at support@willowhive.com. We'll do our best to help. Note that return shipping costs for gift returns are the responsibility of the sender.
