Despite showing the correct inscription on the packing list, the inside cover inscription was totally wrong! Need a corrected one shipped as my anniversary is December 16th. I would have had it in time- but it's wrong!

I love everything about it with the exception of the font I used for the inside of the box. It’s difficult to read. It’s for my son’s wedding in a few weeks so I plan to reorder in a different font in hopes that it’ll show better.

I wasn't pleased with you customer service. I felt like a I answered my questions but not to my satisfaction. I sent several messages and the last one was regarding I couldn't see the full script that they were printing on the inside cover. I asked for somebody to call me, that I was 80 years old and needed some help because there were no returns on items purchased. Nobody ever called me and nobody ever responded to my query. It's hard to do business with a company when you can't talk to anyone. I know it affects your bottom line, but if you want return business you need to take care of your customers.
