I am very impressed with this company. I ordered at 5pm on a Monday and had the product was delivered on Saturday, a week before I needed it. I was worried a custom piece would take longer.

The tumbler looks very classy and feels great. I love the engraving and it looks perfect. I'm looking forward to giving it as a gift. Now I want my own.

One thing to note, the pictures don't show the sliding open/close piece on the lid. I almost didn't order because of that but the lid does have it. The lid also looks great and operates smoothly.
The 2nd thing to note is it says handwash only, not dishwasher safe. I don't think that's a problem but it's good to know before ordering.
