I ordered one of their engraved boxes, and it arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a typo in the date engraved on the box. I contacted customer service, and they promptly corrected the error and overnighted a replacement.
I truly appreciated the quick response and excellent customer service, and I would definitely order from this company again in the future. I’m grateful there are still companies that value and provide outstanding customer service.

At first glance it didn’t look like there was any engraving on the top of the box. It was very shallow and difficult to distinguish the name and design. I’m going to have to use a fine felt pen to color in the design. I would not purchase this again.

Unfortunately we received the boxes on a Friday evening each one arrived with a typo. We were traveling to another state for a special event that we were hosting the following Friday. I wasn’t able to contact Customer Service until Monday morning. Tyler Carter, the representative, promised that he would have them to us by Thursday to bring to the event. He was a man of his word. They arrived on Thursday. We gave them out at dinner last night and everyone loved them. It was a huge success. Thank you Groovy Girl Gifts and Tyler!

After I found out that you sent my package ground saver it would not arrive till one day after my anniversary that was on the box so you knew when it was. I called and upgraded the package to normal ground for $7.99 myself. Then I see a charge on my card for 9.99 today as if you upgraded my delivery. Refund my money please this is not honest.
