I am either needing a corrected order or a refund. This gift was for a 50th birthday party and the back of the decanter says 75 years. My instructions were clear that it was for 50 years not 75. I am very unhappy with this. This was for a birthday party for this weekend. Top quality decanter it's heavy, it's gorgeous, they got all of the custom etching done perfectly on the front and the back it's just absolutely perfect!! I specifically changed the word “whiskey” to “bourbon” and they printed the receipt with the word “bourbon” BUT sent the bottle with the word “whiskey” VERY disappointed!!! What’s the point of personalizing it if you’re not going to do it

The decanter is great quality but the engraved portion wasn't correct and I wasn't communicated with that it couldn't happen; they just chose a different emoji/image

I ordered two things from this website one of the items came however, the other didn’t and I got no notification whatsoever until I had to go out of my way to email them after about a week. I got the first item and then the other item was supposed to arrive the same day. I emailed that no response. I had to email three days in a row for them to respond to me and tell me that the item wasn’t even in stock and won’t be in stock for a whileother than that, the items are in great shape.
