A quick sizing rule of thumb

As a starting point for a shared table where guests are also eating a meal elsewhere (not the only food at the event):

Up to 25 guests: 1 large anchor board + 2 to 3 trays, on a 4 to 6-foot table
25 to 50 guests: 2 anchor boards + 3 to 4 trays + 2 to 3 smaller filler boards, on a 6 to 8-foot table
